For Brett Rudman, the kitchen has always been a place of connection, starting at age ten cooking for nonprofits with his mother before entering professional kitchens by fifteen. His journey spans more than fourteen diverse culinary environments—from classic New York delis to intricate Persian and Arabic traditions—a repertoire he deepened while serving as a U.S. Army Persian language analyst, where he used food as a bridge to teach both culture and language. Today, through Bresky Arman’s, Brett trades the traditional restaurant model for a more intimate experience, bringing the refined intensity of a professional kitchen directly to your table with the same sincere hospitality that first inspired him.
